Out playing in Traffic with some high-heeled boys, Low Spark dives head on into that high era of classic rock album artwork that dares Magritte to buy an amp. The story here is of a faceless fool being delivered by some scorpion water magic. The surrealist plotting reminds me of Suzan Pitt's short animated films, both in art-deco-y style and subcnscious substance. Boss. -EF
